How to request deletion of your data from StoryBuilder
Automatic Deletion (Facebook/Meta Users)
If you signed up using Facebook Login, your data will be automatically deleted when you:
Remove StoryBuilder from your Facebook Apps & Websites settings
Delete your Facebook account
To remove our app from Facebook:
Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy
Click Settings
Click Apps and Websites
Find "StoryBuilder" in the list
Click Remove
Manual Deletion Request
To manually request deletion of your account and all associated data:
Sign in to your StoryBuilder account
Click on your profile icon in the top navigation
Select "Manage Account" from the dropdown menu
Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
Confirm your deletion request
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
Your profile information (name, email, etc.)
All your created projects and stories
All uploaded media files and assets
Your subscription and payment history
All usage data and preferences
Deletion Timeline
Your data is typically deleted within 30 days of your request. During this period, your account will be deactivated but data may still be recoverable. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
